• We do not provide SMTP servers, email gateways, messaging gateways, phone numbers, or recipient databases.
• Users configure and use their own third-party SMTP servers, messaging services, and data sources.
• The User is the sole sender, data controller, and content owner of all communications.

4. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including spam and data-protection laws.

Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Using purchased, scraped, or illegally obtained contact lists
• Phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Malware, harmful links, or illegal content
• Violating privacy or third-party rights

5. Service Features & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for campaign content, recipients, consent, and legal compliance.

6. Data & Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and consent status of all data and content used in the Service.

7. Monitoring, Suspension & Termination

Fungrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or legal risk is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Fungrow.in or its licensors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fungrow.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fungrow.in from claims arising from your use of the Service.
