Account & Data Deletion Request

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion:

•
Your user account will be permanently removed
•
All organizations, projects, forms, campaigns, and automation data created by you will be deleted
•
API keys, integrations, and access tokens will be revoked
•
You will lose access to the Service permanently

This action is irreversible.

Once processed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data That May Be Retained

For legal, security, or compliance reasons, we may retain limited information such as:

Billing records
Payment invoices
Legal or audit logs

This data is retained only as required by law and is not used for marketing or analytics.

How to Delete Your Account

RECOMMENDED

Option 1: Delete from Dashboard

If you have access to your account:

  1. 1 Log in to your Fungrow Dashboard
  2. 2 Go to Settings → Account
  3. 3 Click Delete Account
  4. 4 Confirm your request

Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion manually.

Send email from your registered address to:

info@fungrow.in →

Please include:

  • • Your registered email address
  • • Organization name (if applicable)
  • • Reason for deletion (optional)

Option 3: WhatsApp Request

You may also contact us via WhatsApp:

Please ensure the request comes from your verified account owner.

Processing Time

  • → Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
  • → You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed

Data Controller Responsibility

If you are using Fungrow as a business or organization:

• You are responsible for deleting or exporting your customer data before requesting account deletion
• Fungrow acts only as a data processor for customer-provided data

Export Your Data Before Deletion

Before deleting your account, we strongly recommend exporting:

→ Contacts and leads
→ Campaign reports
→ Analytics and logs

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
